BUILD YOUR GARLAND
ADD FLORAL ACCENTS
Mix & Match Balloon Garland Accents with clusters to create your own garland arch! Use the provided elastic bands to connect each accent balloon by wrapping around a smaller balloon of the cluster. You can also attach them directly to the wall or a metal arch as well.

Inside the box you'll find 6 latex-free elastic bands, 3 long and 3 short, used to hang each balloon.

what you'll need
To inflate you'll need a standard electric air pump like ones used for pools, floats or air mattresses. We recommend using one with both an inflation and deflation function.
You can also use an electric balloon pump. However, most do not have a deflation feature since tradition balloons are not reusable and do not need to be deflated.
