Refund policy

Final Sale Items
If an item is listed as FINAL SALE during the time of purchase, we are unable to accept returns. For items that this applies to, "FINAL SALE" is listed in the product titles during purchase and will be reflected on your order confirmation in the product title for reference.

Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 15 days of receipt if the item has not been opened from its sealed bag. Returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee. We do not reimburse shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, and we do not provide return labels.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@minnidip.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: LA VACA CO. 2553 W ARMITAGE AVE, CHICAGO IL 60647

Defective Items
We offer exchanges and refunds for any defective items within 30 days of purchase. These terms honor issues caused by manufacturing defects only and not those caused by unintended use or normal wear and tear past the length of this warranty. To troubleshoot your issue or to submit a claim, you can contact us at support@minnidip.com. 

Non-refundable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (less the 15% restocking fee) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@minnidip.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
